Pentti Tofte

Tofte oversees innovation, data analytics and AI and is responsible for shaping, developing and executing our vision for developing next-generation capabilities.

Tofte joined FM in 2003 as a consultant engineer in Los Angeles operations, where he gained experience and knowledge in a variety of roles in engineering and client service. In 2012, he relocated to the corporate offices to manage our reinsurance treaties and was appointed vice president, corporate reinsurance and aggregations. Prior to his current role, he served as staff senior vice president, analytics and AI.

Tofte holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
