Nicholas W. Stepina

Nicholas W. Stepina is senior vice president, Central division manager, at FM. Based in Park Ridge, Illinois, USA, he is responsible for overseeing the Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland and St. Louis operations.

Stepina previously served as operations manager for FM’s Los Angeles operations. There, he was responsible for the management, leadership and direction of insurance and engineering operations within the geographical territories of Arizona; Southern California; Hawaii; Clark County, Nevada; and New Mexico.

Stepina joined FM in 2001 as an underwriter in Chicago operations. Since then, he has served clients across Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland and St. Louis in various account management, business development and sales positions. Most recently, Stepina served as client service manager for Dallas operations.

Stepina graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.
