David M. Johnson

Senior Vice President, Chief Client Experience Officer


David M. Johnson is senior vice president, chief client experience officer at FM, overseeing our client service process as well as responsibility for our client experience strategy and programs. He is based in FM’s corporate offices in Johnston, Rhode Island, USA.

Prior to his current role, Johnson served as operations senior vice president, operations manager, for Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He has also held various field and management positions in the United States, Europe and Asia. He joined the company in 1990 as a loss prevention consultant.

Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, USA.
